Description
We are looking for both junior and senior Portal Developers for long term contracts, based in Brussels
You will be responsible for the following:-
- maintaining the portal applications and test frameworks
- design/code reviews
- software development activities for the portal
- bug fixing
- participate to the analysis and design of new services
- some on-call might be required
Skills required for this contract:
- Extensive Java
- Extensive knowledge about web technologies
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis, design and programming
- experience in the design and development of optimised Java code, performance tuning, multithreaded applications and memory management
- Experience with the Application Server BEA Weblogic or similar
- Experience with open source tools based on Java, Web 2.0 technologies and IDE, Eclipse
- Experience in designing and developing code generation tools from formal models
- Experience with Web 2.0 technologies, ie HTML5
- GWT
- Mission critical application development
