Experience & knowledge of PCAT C1 v3.5 expertise is a must, entries at CMV world to get more expertise. SQL & Shell knowledge. Comverse ONE (C &) rating/billing/CSM/CSS basics (trouble shoot & test). Support a team, Teaching/coaching teams. C1 Increase knowledge, Ways of working, etc.
Design new offers. Build phase: help development/support development/Control Development. Packaging & propagation.
Participate to tests (unitary Help in troubleshooting. Support Other Team of M. (tests & so on) "M. PCAT Evolution & maintenance" Process Improvement. Internal reporting to Capgemini Program Manager. After identification & proactivity. Provide day to day support to the team ie. Designing offers, Developing & testing, troubleshooting, Various meetings & reporting.
French language skills advantageous but not essential
