Description
Siebel CRM Applications Officer required with a minimum of 2 years Siebel CRM applications support experience. Knowledge of the Banking environment would be beneficial as well as ITIL (v3) knowledge of 2nd and 3rd level support organisation of teams dedicated to specific platforms and software systems.
Technical experience required:
Thorough knowledge of Control-M distributed., thorough knowledge of MVS, UNIX andWindows, good knowledge of iSeries, IBM Mainframe. Experience in monitoring systems (Tivoli) will be an advantage.
Functional experience required Mandatory:
Ability to understand and analyse complex applications issues that could be related to the software language or to the bank applications, ability to document all new applications installed according to the bank standards and to keep the documentation up-todate, ability to coordinate and implement changes in the QA and Production environments.
English language essential and French and/or Dutch
