SAP Release/Change Manager - English Speaking - South Of Brussels, BelgiumMy client in Belgium is looking for an SAP Release/Change Manager.The candidate will support the implementation of the Release Management for SAP Operational Change starting from an existing blueprint (Release Strategy/Calendar, Prioritisation Approach). Main activities/responsibilities:
* Evaluating and coordinating the change on the current Change Request process & tools (ITSM on BMC Remedy)
* Defining & documenting the operational process for the different Release process steps ( Release Preparation & Scoping ( Change request download/prioritization, capacity management), Release Approval (CAB), Release Planning & Execution & Monitoring)
* Developing Accelerator for Release Scoping & Change Request Prioritisation, Capacity Management, Release Planning and Execution.
* Defining Release Management KPI and implementing the corresponding reporting
* Coordinating organizational change
* Coordinating Change Management ( communication, training) 
* Managing and monitoring the first releases acting as the release manager.  Profile & skills:Proven expertise (+5 years):
 * in implementation of SAP Operational Demand/Release Management in SAP single landscape environment for multiple sites with remote service delivery
* in SAP and SAP Project Management including change management
* expertise in ITSM
* experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in a validated environment will be a plus

English Speaking Assignment. Start: 16th January Month Contract.
