Description
We are currently looking for a service delivery manager/project manager with an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL v2 & v3) and 5 years hands-on IT Service Management experience which will have seen you write and review Proposals/Service Catalogues.
You will be required to work on the delivery of IT Workplace Services, including file, print and (mobile) telefony, determine Service Models and Service Concepts in line with IT Service and process requirements.
You will come from a background in IT Procurement/Contract Management/Outsourcing.
