Middle Eastern Technical Support Engineer/Field Engineer - 1 year rolling contract

Amoria Bond is looking for an Arabic speaking Technical Support Engineer to be based in the Middle East (ideally Bahrain) on a 1 year rolling contract for our global education and training client. The role requires you to travel across the Middle East on a reactive and proactive basis so it is essential you are very flexible and are fluent in Arabic.
The Technical Support Engineer's main duties will involve building relationships with the client's partners by providing proactive and reactive field support for both installation and technical services. You will perform a customer liaison role on behalf of the client and attend face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders and visits to customer sites to perform service and support on hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure service provider offerings, quality and performance in the region
- Work with a full range of stakeholders
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by the clients
- Make customer field visits as and when necessary to provide technical assistance and customer care
- Make technical decisions to resolve software issues
The Technical Support Engineer will ideally have come from a consultancy background in a technical remit. It is essential you have experience in a customer facing role with a solid technical grounding.
As mentioned before, this position will require you to travel across the Middle East, so an extremely flexible individual is required.
