Senior BSC/RNC Expert - Darwin Recruitment is currently representing a leading Communications company that has a global reach in network installations and designs.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Review implementation and performance of operator's BSCs/RNCs
- Identification of shortcomings impacting negatively on end-user QoS
- RNC Dimensioning rules, Capacity, Utilisation, Redundancy
- Element level performance check
- Consistency check using OSS tools for finding inconsistencies between different network parameters and databases.
