Job Description:
Perform analysis of current Infrastructure Management (IM) processes and a set of new requirements in connection with a SOA implementation. Design and implement the new processes in IM.
Specific tasks:
1) Analysis of current processes
2) Documentation of external requirements in cooperation with customers
3) Analysis of external requirements
4) Analysis of gap between requirements and current processes
5) Design new processes bridging gaps between exiting and new processes
6) Assist in implementing new processes
Technology: Visio, PowerPoint
What methodologies: ITIL; SOA
Mandatory skills:
1. ITIL Certification.
2. Experience in designing ITIL processes.
3. Experience in working with SOA (Open Group framework);
4. Experience in working with large IT organizations;
5. The consultant should have worked within an Infrastructure department, and can expect to be asked to handle other tasks ad-hoc.
