Endur 1st Line Support-Contract-Norway

Our large energy trading client is looking for an Endur Consultant to work within 1st Line Support. The Endur maintenance teams are responsible for support and maintenance of a position management solution that has been developed by an external vendor.

You will be responsible for Endur 1st Line support during normal working hours. You will handle emails sent to Endur's shared common emailbox and answer the Endur on duty phone during normal working hours. The role also involves ensuring all requests are handled by the service centre, maintain user accesses in Endur and monitoring the interfaces between Endur and other solutions.

The required skills are:

  • Educated in IT
  • Good knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience from user support
  • Knowledge of HP Openview ServiceCenter
  • Knowledge of Endur
  • Experience as a system developer
  • Knowledge of SQL

You must speak and write English fluently and be eligible to work within the EU.
