IMAC Coordinator - IMAC Coordinator/Configurator Launcher
The IMAC team accurately coordinate, maintain, administer and configure -on a daily basis- all relevant IT Hardware in branch offices as well as headquarters. In such a way that the fysical environment is in accordance with the asset- and configuration administration. Equipment have to be delivered by an engineer due to agreed schedules and agreed quality and is measured by contractual service levels with the customer. In this specific role one leads in configure workorders in Camera (CMDB) to guarantee a smooth execution of the Launcher rollout and to guarantee a correct CI- and Asset administration.
Skills:
"Knowledge of: EUC/hardware, Windows, Network Asset- & Configuration Management and Project Management ' Non technical skills required: good (written) communication (Dutch as well as English), ownership, resultdriven, accurate, clientfocus, flexible, creative and coordination.
Nice to have skills:
Experience with participating in LAN EUC environment
Experience within Banking/Finance landscape is a nice-to-have
Demonstrable experience in structured working in an accurate and flexible way
Requested languages: Dutch, English
