Description
A leading Consultancy is seeking an IMAC Coordinator to join their IMAC team to accurately coordinate, maintain, administer and configure -on a daily basis- all relevant IT Hardware in branch offices as well as headquarters. In such a way that the physical environment is in accordance with the asset- and configuration administration. Equipment have to be delivered by an engineer due to agreed schedules and agreed quality and is measured by contractual service levels with the customer. In this specific role one leads in configure work orders in Camera (CMDB) to guarantee a smooth execution of the Launcher rollout and to guarantee a correct CI- and Asset administration.
Seeking applicants with the following:
- Knowledge of: EUC/hardware, Windows, Network Asset & Configuration Management and Project Management
- Good (written) communication (Dutch as well as English), ownership, result driven, accurate, client focus, flexible, creative and coordination.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with participating in Lan EUC environment
- Experience within Banking/Finance landscape
- Demonstrable experience in structured working in an accurate and flexible way
