Has considerable Java development experience (min 5-8 years of experience)

Web Application Technologies
Java Servlets
Enterprise Application Technologies
Java Persistence
Enterprise JavaBeans
Java Message Service
Java Application Framework - Spring
Java Application Server
Weblogic Server Configuration, Deployment and debugging
Java Application Deployment
Unix Shell Scripts
Has scrum or agile based development experience
Has good communication and presentation skills
