My client, a leading European managed service provider with an outsourcing arm, are currently recruiting for a ITIL process manager for an initial 1 year contract in Luxembourg for a leading financial organisation

The role consists of optimising existing processes and ensuring the daily operation of all ITIL processes. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The daily management process
  • Complete documentation processes
  • Educate employees on policies and procedures that affect
  • Completion dashboards strategic and operational
  • Regular reporting to the manager
  • Strength on the reports by action plans
  • A good cooperation with the close contacts of the supplier as well as development teams

Candidates must have the following experience:

  • 7 years minimum experience in IT production
  • Certification "ITIL Foundation"

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze
  • Sense of responsibility developed
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Love teamwork while being able to work independently;
  • Planning and efficient organization of work
  • Ability editorial
  • Good communication skills both oral and written: French - English
