My client, a leading European managed service provider with an outsourcing arm, are currently recruiting for a ITIL process manager for an initial 1 year contract in Luxembourg for a leading financial organisation
The role consists of optimising existing processes and ensuring the daily operation of all ITIL processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- The daily management process
- Complete documentation processes
- Educate employees on policies and procedures that affect
- Completion dashboards strategic and operational
- Regular reporting to the manager
- Strength on the reports by action plans
- A good cooperation with the close contacts of the supplier as well as development teams
Candidates must have the following experience:
- 7 years minimum experience in IT production
- Certification "ITIL Foundation"
