On behalf of our prestigious Luxembourg based client eCRM are looking for an ITIL Process Manager.
As part of your business, your mission is to participate in the implementation process, to optimize existing processes and ensure the daily operation of all the ITIL processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- the daily management process
- complete documentation processes
- educate employees on policies and procedures that affect
- finalizing dashboards strategic and operational
- Regular reporting to the manager
- strength on the reports by action plans
- a good collaboration with privileged contacts the supplier and with the development teams
Profile and Skills:
To ensure the activities described, you must have the following skills:
- Experience of minimum 7 years in IT production
- Certification ' ITIL Foundation '
