Description
We are looking for a Change/Training Lead to work in Poland for 6 months.
Role Description:
Polish speaker a must (along with English)
Work 80-100% onsite in Wroclaw
Strong familiarity with Polish culture and labor related issues and laws
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate impact of change to company management
Ability to define and capture impact of changes to jobs/positions
Ability to develop a training curriculum and oversee delivery
Experience using HPQC is a plus
