For our customer we are looking for a SAP HR consultant to act as Service Manager for the Global e-HR Services team. The consultant will be responsible for leading the Service team which support the implemented HR solutions (SAP HR, SuccessFactors and Taleo), along with the responsibility to support global continuous improvements and master data management.

Description:
Global e-HR Services is part of Global Human Resources and is responsible for handling user queries on the HR system landscape, managing global master data, handling continuous improvements (CI) according to the CI process.

You will work closely with our local HR organisations, with the service delivery team and with Global Centers of Expertise. You will be responsible to prioritise the work within the service team, to manage a team of three persons, to analyze global and internal needs and then translate them into clear requirement documents, and then support the implementation of complete solution. You will help the Customer to get leverage in their IT investments, and proactively find improvements that will benefit the company.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead the resources working in the service, prioritise the tasks, set objectives and evaluate performance
- Provide expert knowledge to the business on the HR systems (primarily SAP HR and SuccessFactors).
- Participate in/lead system related HR projects and/or identify the best service expertise/resource to support the needs.
- Formulate global business requirements, capabilities translated into IT needs.
- Cooperate with the Service Delivery team and handle daily requirements.

Competences and experience required:
- Knowledge in one or all of the following solutions SAP HR (primarily), SuccessFactors and Taleo (optional).
- Good communication, problem solving, team-player and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Must have a structured and timely attitude along with the interest to learn new things.
- Strong natural ability to understand software and interest in systems/IT tools.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.

The role is global and encompasses stakeholders from all parts of the business so a positive and proactive attitude and ability to work in a global organization with different nationalities/cultures, background and skills is vital.
