Organizational Change Management Consultant (Business)

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months (Long term Assignment)
Location: Brussels
Languages: French, English and if Possible Dutch
Rate: flexible, but competitive.

Context:

Our client (banking) is currently looking for an experienced profile in Organizational Change Management with a focus on redesigning the Release Management. The consultant will have to work together in a team of internal and external persons to set up a Target Operation Model for the release management structure.

In the coming months, the organisation will go through a large change (already started) in structure concerning the way of working and these changes need to be designed and implemented.

Skills required:

-Experience on high level strategic missions in restructuring departments/organisations.
-Large background in Release and Change Management. Managing scope, planning and all other aspect in the process. This from a business side of view. The candidate needs to have an excellent view on the complete Development Lifecycle.
-Knowledge on optimization of Development Lifecycles.
-Set up of Target Operation Models or similar also from a business side of view: the client is setting up a Target Operation model for the whole organisation (concerning Release Management. What will be the deliverables? Where do you start?).
-Change Management: how will you introduce the change and how do you cope with against the change/progress? Get people out of their comfort zone and convince them.
-Banking background: as this client is one of the major players within banking, it is an enormous plus to have a background in financial services, seen from a business point of view.

Soft Sklills:

The client needs a team player who can work hard and pro-active within tight deadlines. Communication is important and it is an asset if the candidate speaks French, English and Dutch. Dutch is less important, but is always an advantage. You need to be able to discuss on high level within the organisation.

The client is looking for experienced consultants with LT missions in large organisations with proven experience on high level missions. A good view on Release Management is absolutely important
