Infrastructure Test Lead - Our client, a leading financial organisation is looking for an Infrastructure Test Lead to join their Test Leader team to work on Infrastructure projects and financial roadmap projects. Objectives of the financial roadmap projects are to upgrade existing financial packages software - products could be running on Windows, UNIX, Linux, Solaris, Tandem and Mainframe platforms.
As Infrastructure Test Lead you will work in line with the companies project life cycle to define a cross platform testing and launching strategy based on a risk approach. You will manage defects from Quality Centre and report on test progress and results.
Infrastructure Test Lead skills required:
- Cross platform skills with a focus on distributed domains
- Quality Centre
- Knowledge based risk testing, use of test case selection techniques to design test cases
- Able to manage teams and relationships with carious divisions entiries and service partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Able to manage change and establish trust
- Familiar with defect management
- ISTQB certified or knowledge and ITIL or similar framework experience
