The company is currently growing a new division specialising in the Genesys Product Suite and has a vacancy for a Genesys Engineer with experience of supporting and implementing Genesys solutions. The position will involve solution implementation and configuration and some on going support.

For the Genesys Engineer role the successful candidate will have at least 2+ year's hands on experience in delivering Genesys voice based solutions with experience on:

  • Genesys Framework/Inbound Voice Routing/Solution Reporting/SIP Server/Troubleshooting

Also desired, but not mandatory, are the following certifications:

  • System Consultant for Inbound Voice
  • System Consultant for SIP Server
  • System Consultant for Genesys Voice Platform

Other key skills and experience required for the role are:
* 3+ years of software technical support and/or development of related technical fields
* 3+ years DBA experience Contact Centre experience to include PBX
* Technical understanding of Enterprise level PABX
* Understanding of LAN infrastructure
* Understanding of WAN, Data Centres
* Understanding of VOIP, SIP desirable
* Excellent written communication skills
* Highly accurate with a good attention to detail
* Must be able to cope under pressure and work to tight deadlines
* Organised, good time management
* Excellent IT skills (work tools)
* Genesys Framework/Inbound Voice Routing/Solution Reporting/SIP Server/Troubleshooting

  • Core Application Solution
  • IP Solution
  • WFO Solution
