Description
Senior PM required for leading IB to lead aprox 10 BA's across 3 workstreams focussing on product control,data quality and book maintenance. Strong stakeholder management with hands on approach required.
The 3 workstreams are focusing on -
Data quality - looking at data flow upstream to trade capture and then down steam to reporting.
Book maintenance - managing books traders use
Policies and procedures, controls/p&l reports.
Essential skills required -
Experience of leading P&L Data Maintenance/Quality streams of work
Managed Project teams whose responsibility has been focused on the delivery of complete and accurate P&L data
Adapt at providing Data Metrics to show progress of data flows and accuracy thereof.
Detailed project planning and reporting of project status across the program
Ability to look at complex issues, challenge current processes and suggest solutions
Proven track record in delivery in high pressure programs.
Used to working to tight deadlines and flagging potential problems at an early stage
Strong presentation and documentation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in navigating across multiple streams and managing dependencies
Comfortable with presenting and working at different levels within the bank to stakeholders across different functional areas with different views/perspectives
Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
