Reporting to EMEA Business Analyst Manager the Sales Support Rep is responsible for supporting the sales teams RESE - Russia and Eastern Europe - with sales tools transactions and processes to reduce the sales force time spent in the sales tools
Responsibilities:
* Creating New Accounts Approved by Mgmt in the Sales Tools, liaise with CRM team to have account assigned to correct sales account manager.
* Creating New Opportunities
* Creating New Non Configurable Quote
* Managing Existing Quotes
* Help with RM (Reserve Material) process
* Closing business based on sales achievement reporting
* Reviewing Orders and follow up on shipments
* Attend CRM training regularly
* Become part of the CRM Super Users base to support quarterly and major releases
* Be the to go to point for the UK&I users for "how do I" questions
* Cover ad hoc transactions in the sales tool for account managers on holidays or travelling
* Provide feedback for enhancement to the CRM team for future releases
* Liaise with Order Management, Deal Desk and CRM team for timely resolution of sales urgent quotes/orders
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills and an eye for accuracy and detail
* Be able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload
* Must have the experience and capability to manage high number of transactions in a CRM tool within defined time frames
* 2 plus years experience in a similar position preferable in a sales environment in the UK
* Must have flexible behavioural skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
* Must have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated but still being part of a team
* Experience of Siebel 7.5 or 8 would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be given
* Must have good Excel experience
Ideally need to speak one of the following languages - French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, German, Swedish, Danish
