Description
Leading Global Solutions Provider requires a Unica Business Solutions Consultant for a long term contract role. You will become an expert on the Affinium product suite and its use as part of a solution to customer marketing management requirements. You should have relevant marketing industry knowledge, and experience in implementing and configuring enterprise-class software solutions. You must possess an ability to understand complex customer business requirements and formulate a solution that leverages our product set. You will be working side-by-side with customers, as a trusted advisor in the Marketing Automation Solutions space, transferring knowledge and enabling self-sufficiency. Key responsibilities will include understanding and documenting customer requirements and define our solution to meeting them. Facilitate requirements gathering and design/configuration workshops, Transfer knowledge to customer personnel and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and provide ad-hoc support on product functionality.
