Customer Solution Manager
Location:Rwanda
Contract : 3 months
Primary Area of Expertise = Technical LEAD or Customer Solution Manager
Secondary Area of Expertise = 2G/3G RND Special
Detail Role Description = The individual should have excellent customer experience (particularly, experience with a green-field operator). This individual will be responsible for the Technical Design end to end of the GSM network. S/He will be the main technical SPOC toward Airtel, responsible for design sign off with Airtel, BOQ production and ordering, HLD and LLD Design validation and will be required to work closely with CFR and PM team to ensure successful implementation.
