Description
An SC cleared Stock Controller is required to work on a long term contract in Hampshire.
The primary responsibilities include:
1. To procure the agreed product set of equipment for all Projects activities.
2. To ensure equipment is purchased, held in stock and made available (called off) in a timely manner to enable the project deadlines to be met.
3. To co-ordinate the provision of equipment listings for installations to the necessary team members as required.
4. Accurate maintenance of stock sheets/records as required.
5. Effective liaison with suppliers when necessary for the provision of certain supplies and equipments.
6. Assisting in the receipting of invoices on Oracle for Projects business.
7. Provision of stock reconciliation to the Implementation Manager.
8. Assist the Implementation Manager in maintenance of an accurate record of hardware costs for products supplied via other routes (eg Catalogues etc).
9. Maintain records & organise return of Evaluation products.
