A leading global Financial Organisation (Insurance) is seeking an expert Insurance Business Analyst based in the Middle East (Dubai).

You will be working on a critical project that will span a minimum of 2 year as part of a long term programme across the Middle East and Africa Region.

Key responsibilities will include the gathering, understanding and documentation of end-user requirements as part of a project team focusing on a core infrastructure replacement programme:

  • Extensive experience (min 10 years) and business knowledge of the Insurance Industry with
    focus on General Insurance
  • Ability to lead/facilitate workshops/detailed business analysis reviews and derive and
    document detailed business requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with both,
    business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of business process modelling, analysis & design disciplines and of the overall iterative software development life cycle
  • Experience to work in diverse, multi-cultural environments and to deal with ambiguity and
    changing/evolving requirements
  • Ability to facilitate effective team interaction and team building
  • Understanding of architecture frameworks
  • Experience with the TIA core insurance platform beneficial
  • Knowledge of PMBOK beneficial
  • Educated to degree level beneficial
