Candle is seeking a confident and well spoke Service Delivery Manager (Service Management Advocate) to join a Leading Telecommunications Giant on a 12 month basis (maternity cover). The position is looking to start mid February (but is open to someone starting earlier) The Service Management Advocate's primary role purpose is to contribute to the retention and growth of customers in their portfolio, by working with the sales team to ensure effective service delivery to customers. This role has a combination of pro-active and re-active service management elements for clients with lower complexity servicing requirements. To be successful in this role you will meet the following key criteria:
  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery Management Position
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, including senior client and internal personnel.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • The ability to develop good working relationships internally and with clients and be adept at managing conflict.
  • Sound problem solving skills and the ability to analyse data to interpret root cause
  • Well organised and display attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with similar deadlines
  • Demonstrated good customer service skills.
