We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and innovative person to contribute to CIMTEK's success in developing world class Automated Test Systems. The responsibilities of this position include the design, integration, documentation, commissioning, and support of Automated Test Systems.Qualifications
- This position requires an individual with an Electrical Engineer Degree or an Electrical/Electronic Technologist Diploma, excellent communications skills. 2-3+ years of work experience would be an asset.
- An excellent understanding of electronic circuit theory and a good knowledge of automated test and measurement techniques and equipment is required. (Multi-meter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, generator, counter, data acquisition, and power supply) A working knowledge of AutoCAD would also be an asset.
- Experience in the test engineering field, and a proven record of report writing is desirable.
- Experience with the following software would also be an asset; C++, Labview, National Instruments CVI, and Test Stand.
- International travel to customer sites will be required.
- This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming a full time position.
