Description
Service Request Manager Developer
- Modify existing SR/Incident application in Service Request Manager (TSRM) based on requirements
- Customize and Implement Problem Management application
- Create/Customize reports in TSRM using BIRT
- Conduct skills transfer session
- Monitor performance, trouble shoot and rectify in case of problems, during and after implementation
- Implement enhancements, as required
- Conduct workshops with end users/customers to fully capture requirement
- Position based in Dubai, but might have to travel to other countries on projects, afterwards
Skills Profile
- 3 years experience in design, development & Implementation in TSRM (SR, Incident, Problem & Change Manager)
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Good understanding of WebSphere Application Server
- Implementation Certification on the above products will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Excellent implementation and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in integrating Maximo with other applications such as ERP, HR systems will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
