Manchester based commercial firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for a 6 month contract commencing mid January 2012.The department handles a range of corporate and commercial transactions including corporate finance, commercial contracts, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and company secretarial matters. This role will include working alongside the head of department and managing your own workload so it is important that you have a strong corporate background to enable you to work autonomously.Salary is commensurate with experience.The firm is happy to consider candidates seeking a role on a full or part-time basis.
