THE ROLE An exciting and important role has arisen for a Professional Support Lawyer to join the International Capital Markets Know How team in London. This will be a maternity contract and will be on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will develop and maintain know-how resources, design and deliver training sessions, monitor developments in the law and practice relating to the international capital markets, produce internal and external publications on such developments and act as a contact for international capital markets know-how enquiries world-wide. You must therefore be able to demonstrate a record of success within a similar role. You will be reporting directly to the ICM Head of Know How. THE CANDIDATE To be considered for the role you must have 3 years` experience of capital markets transactions, be efficient, proactive and enthusiastic. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Strong academics are a prerequisite.
