An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this Local Authority as it's In-House Legal Counsel/Advocate within Childcare. A Qualified Barrister, you will be handling a complex caseload and undertaking extensive litigation/advocacy around Public Childcare Law at Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court. You must have your Barrister's qualification with current practising certificate and a proven background within Childcare. Our client is willing to consider a Barrister with previous experience within either a Local Authority or Chambers/Private Practice.
