A rare opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive to join the Property side of a busy Social Housing team who have a strong work ethic and strive to deliver excellence to their established client base. Based in Warwickshire on a 6 month contract basis initially, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for Social Housing plot sales which includes shared ownership, right to buy, staircasing and other registered provider sales. Duties will include drafting documents, dealing with sales and a wide range of other registered provider property work. Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 12 months' relevant experience in property work and the ability to work on a relatively unsupervised basis. As this role involves responsibility for managing high volumes of work, applicants should also have extremely strong organisation and communication skills.
