Description
A Global Financial Services Organisation currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join them on a contract basis. Working out of their Glasgow offices you will be responsible for managing large scale projects eg infrastructure transformations. You will have in depth understanding of methodologies, techniques, modelling and scenario planning within change management.
Main duties will include:
- Review in detail existing processes to ensure that they comply with regulatory and standards
- Devise training plan for existing and new staff to ensure understanding of compliance implications of their role
- Liaise (potentially daily) with Operations, Technology and Product in relation to compliance matters
- Review, comment on and approve product extensions
- Attend client meetings, clarifying my clients position and feeding back client views
- Provide feedback on regulatory consultation papers
This position is available at Analyst or Manager level. The successful applicant will likely be Prince2/Prosci certified with experience within financial services.
