Key Responsibilities
*Assembly of Hybrids in the main manufacturing area which includes processes such as Dice-bonding, Auto Dice-bonding, Manual and Auto Wire-bonding.
*Functional test of Hybrid units using ATE equipment.
*Functional trim of Hybrid units using Laser equipment.
*Encapsulation of Hybrid units using Resistance Welding equipment.
*Printing of Conductor, Dielectric and Resistive material onto Alumina substrates.
*Environmental testing of Hybrid units.
*Solder assembly processes.
*Any other manufacturing processes to meet business requirements.
Working Hours
Working hours are 8½ hours per day (39 hours a week). Working hours may change with reasonable notice to meet Business needs. Employees may be required to work shifts including a 2 or 3 shift system.
