Description
My client, a market leading Hospitality, Leisure and Retail company are urgently recruiting a Restaurant Brand Propositions Programme Manager.
Reporting to the Restaurants Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be experienced in:
- major cross-functional change programmes, including rollout of change across sites
- Matrix organisations - working with and managing a mix of internal and external expertise (with lots of egos and strong points of view!) to deliver what's required. The programme will comprise a largely virtual team, as many of the team will not be dedicated to the programme.
- experience across multiple channels - ie retail/store (where the retail network is a significant part of the business), contact centre, online, etc.
- experience on projects where significant change has been delivered through re-engineering the proposition, the business/economic model and the customer experience (including people). Related to this, previous experience of roles/programmes involved in managing/defining/improving customer/team journeys.
- bias to brand/marketing related projects so they are conversant in that world (it's a brand-led initiative)
- Ideally have experience in the restaurant/food sector, or hospitality more broadly that is clearly beneficial
