One of the largest telecom supplier is looking for 3X Workforce/Field Operation specialist in the fields of Telecom for the Global WFM Unit

Workforce/Field Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

The Workforce/Field Operation Specialist is responsible for forecasting work volume based on historical trends, and current experience at a monthly, weekly and intra-day level to accurately project staffing requirements. The Workforce Optimization specialist creates and manages the schedules to ensure accurate scheduling and optimal service levels. Partner with leadership to effectively schedule resources and provide options when competing priorities exist. Analyze key business data and articulate meaning to the operation for future planning purposes. Provide reporting solutions in support of the WFM customer base through organization and distribution of telephone, business process, customer, policy and other data. The Specialist must be familiar with Field Operation in a telecom environment.

The Field Operation specialist will be familiar in producing training material to improve the efficiency of different global sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistic/Mathematics, IT or a related field, or a combination of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, documentation and/or project management support.
  • Proven analytic abilities with decision making and problem solving.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent assignments and prioritize responsibilities.
  • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
  • Independent, autonomous work ethics with the ability to listen attentively to client objectives and be responsive.
  • Seen as a team player and is cooperative and supportive to group decisions and ideas.
  • Written and oral communication skills with ability to build rapport with others.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when making decisions in a timely manner.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office suite of tools with advanced MS-Excel skills and experience in managing, filtering, and querying data for analysis.
  • Ideally Field Operation background preferred
