Customer Advisor Fixed term contract for 6 months My client based in the city center is currently seeking customers advisers to join their expanding team You will deal with business or commercial customers responding to customer complaints that have been sent from customers via email or complaints over taken over the telephone Your objective will be to resolve customer complaints first time Provide customers with an excellent service at all times and Meet set KPI's Working hours will be 35 hours a week between the hours of Monday - Sunday To be successful you will have previous call center experience within a telecommunications environment be flexible in regards to working hours Experience within customer relations would be beneficial To apply please forward a copy of your CV to [blocked email] or call [blocked telephone]
