A Strong Front Office .NET/WPF Developer is required for a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank based in London. My client is looking for a business focussed Developer to sit with the desktop trading team and develop the trading systems. The successful candidate will have strong experience with WPF in a Front Office capacity and will be highly exposed to rates, therefore knowledge on these asset classes is essential.
Responsibilities for - Front Office .NET/WPF Developer - Desktop Trading
- Assist the team research and developments on the technical part of the current program
- To be a reference used on technical issues related to the Trading Platform
- Identify and develop various needs of the Traders
- Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycle.
The Person - Front Office .NET/WPF Developer - Desktop Trading
- Extensive and justifiable experience with WPF/.NET.
- Strong rates business knowledge.
- Cross multiple asset class knowledge.
- Versatile and flexible in a fast paced and exciting award winning environment.
Primarily, and what is going to be most important to the client is that the successful Front Office .NET/WPF Developer - Desktop Trading Will be responsible for a small group of Front Office Developers with the drive and hunger to solve technical Issues, therefore communication skills are of upmost importance. There will be regular interaction with Board level stakeholders; therefore business knowledge is also essential.
