Description
ITIL Process Infrastructure Consultant. We are looking for an ITIL Consultant with strong knowledge in process infrastructure as well as good experience in ISO2000.
The minimum requirements for a profile working in the Servicing area are:
certified ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3)
certified ITIL Expert (or underway)
working knowledge with COBIT
practical experience in implementation of ITIL processes
more then 5 years experience working in a IT Infrastructure environment
previous consultant experience (more than 3 years is preferred)
experience working in larger infrastructure departments (>250 people)
experience in project-managing larger infrastructure projects
English speaking (and/or French speaking)
