Description
My client is looking for an ITIL Service Manager to work in their infrastructure department.
Certified ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3)
Certified ITIL Expert (or underway)
Working knowledge with COBIT
Practical experience in implementation of ITIL processes
More then 5 years experience working in a IT Infrastructure environment
Previous consultant experience (more than 3 years is preferred)
Experience working in larger infrastructure departments (>250 people)
Experience in project-managing larger infrastructure projects
English speaking (and/or French speaking)
