For our client we are currently searching for an IVR Routing Specialist who can start ASAP to work in The Hague, The Netherlands for 3 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client in the telecommunication sector.

As IVR routing specialist you are willing to travel to other countries for you are responsible for implementing a new platform, for routing 'customer traffic'. This involves (besides phonetraffic) media, emails, but also reporting etc.
The Specialist will work together with a team of technical specialists, a system integrator and the internal customer service employees, to ensure a satisfactory solution in line with the requirements.
Skills and experience:
- extensive, proven experience in implementing IVR platforms
- a feel for customer service environments and processes
- a technical background or the proven ability to interact with technical departments
- communicative, persuasive personality.
