DESCRIPTION:
Our client requires the services of a Web Developer, with the following skills and qu ali fications.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates MUST MEET the following mandatory criteria in order to qualify for consideration:
The proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in System Engineering, Information Technology/Information Management, Software Engineering, Life Cycle Management, Embedded System, Real Time Systems, Control Systems, Computer or Communication Systems.
The proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience developing web applications.
The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience using web service technologies including Extensible Markup Language (XML), Javascript Object Notation (JSON) and Representational State Transfer (REST).
The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using MySQL, Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases.
The proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
The proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience writing guidance and strategic direction documentation in support of Information Technology, Information Management, Engineering or Software Engineering.
