My client is looking for an experienced Genesys Application Consultant with good Genesys knowledge and understanding with integration techniques of the Application.
Within the Genesys application you will be responsible for.
- Incidents and problem handling
- implementation of Genesys changes and releases
- information management and application coaching.
For this role you must also be a fluent Dutch speaker.
