Job description;
The SharePoint Trainer will provide functional training and support the change behaviour process as SharePoint 2010 is deployed across the client Projects and Technology community.
. Deliver "how-to" functional training to individuals and groups (formal and informal) in using SharePoint 2010 (lists and libraries, web parts, user groups and permissions, connecting applications to SharePoint, etc.)
* Coach community in functionality unique to the SharePoint 2010 environment
* Advocate SharePoint and new ways of working
* Guide community to existing training materials and support
* Develop and maintain SharePoint 2010 knowledge sharing portal
* Maintain issues log
* Capture and share lessons learned and best practices
* Identify training gaps and opportunities, propose appropriate remediation, and participate in development or refinement of training materials
* Liaise with global teams

Skills;
Advocates SharePoint and new ways of working. Provides "how-to" functional training to individuals and groups through formal and information training events. Captures and shares lessons learned and best practices to identify training gaps and opportunities. Proposes appropriate remediation and participates in development or refinement of training materials to close these gaps. Works collaboratively with other project team members to reach defined goals. Willingness to manage time zone variations where early morning and/or late afternoon meetings are required.
* Must have legal authorization to work in the Netherlands on a Full time basis for any employer other than current employer
* Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field, Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of formal training, advanced degree in Managing Information Systems or Instructional Technology a strong plus. Microsoft SharePoint Certification (such as MCTS or MCITP) is a strong plus.
* Subject matter expertise in functional use of SharePoint 2010
* Three-years experience in training users on SharePoint
* Ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and recommendations, both oral and written, at a level consistent with the audience
* Apply analytical skills to assess situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, recommend practical courses of action using innovation and good judgment
* Good listening skills and ability to explain in a clear and concise way.
* Proficient in the use of software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and strong general computing skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
* Experienced with diverse global organizations and able to work virtually in that environment
