Description
Our client, one of the leading financial institutions in Europe are seeking a DSA (Data Security Administrion) Operator to work on a 6 month contract in there Brussels office as part of their DSA team.
The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:
- Profile management
- DSA tool ticket handling, solving or escalation + ESD tickets handling, solving, escalation or dispatching to second line + resource access management (granting, updating or revoking) Internal & External access
- Profile and resource access management for the Group and clients (Participants). Includes electronic, Swift, fax or e-mail exchanges and controls for authentication of requests to access. Phone Support
- DSA Hotline 4570 and 1322 phone call intakes at group level, interaction with internal groups, problem solving and questions about the status of requests, giving users support. Joiner Movers Leavers (JML)
- Create, Transfer, Revoke and deletion of end-user accounts + related actions ie issuing or blocking tokens, Smartcards, special privileges.
Your Profile:
You have a good technical background, with knowledge of the distributed technology (understanding the context). You are able to learn quickly You like teamwork You are organized, precise and have eye for details You deliver rapidly, and have a good sense of responsibility Youre flexible o You are willing to work in shifts (between 7 am and 7 pm) o You are willing to work in Braine LAlleud and in Brussels You are a strong communicator and have good social skills Languages: English is mandatory, you also speak French and/or Dutch Our part of the deal: Work in a dynamic team, well structured and organized.
