ResponsibilitiesSupport and enable the Transition and Transformation Program team to:
  • Identify and analyse planned changes and timing for each change along with the impacted/impacting stakeholders and business functions.
  • Determine change and communication requirements to address the change impacts, working closely with the Global Company and Client Project team members
    Develop change and communication elements of project plans and create the change and communications artefacts for the project.  Eg, stakeholder engagement Matrix, organisation and change plans, readiness assessments, change impact assessments, knowledge and education requirements     
  • As relevant for each project, advise and bring to bear the Global Company's experience in managing organisational change and communications aspects of IT infrastructure transformation   
  • Develop a deep understanding of the solution that the Global Company enables via the Infrastructure Transformation Services Contract and the resulting changes for the Global Company Service Delivery and the Client's  businesses and IT end users
  • Work collaboratively with the Client's specialists in order to align organisation change management and communications activities
  • Contribute to organisation change and communications process capability within the Global Company's Transition & Transformation team and across the Account

Requirements

  • At least 5 years recent experience in change and communications consulting and facilitation.  
  • Extensive experience in creating organisation change work products and executing organisation change programs including communications along with the process requirements, and training elements
  • Excellent observation, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong Project Management experience, including change-related risk identification and mitigation; reporting; and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of the Financial Services industry, especially banking, and/or workplace toolset and services
  • Excellent skills in building relationships and influencing
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Able to work as part of a virtual team, contributing to it's development and leadership
  • Able to work effectively in an unstructured, complex, work environment and to be flexible in how skills will be applied based on priorities and resource needs at the time.
  • Strong MS Word, PM, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
