My client, a leading wealth management house is currently looking for a service control manager to join an existing team within the organisation. You will initially be responsible for the delivery of a set of new strategic technology services to the production environment and the full end to end Service life cycle from initial Project Engagement and Service Acceptance through to the implementing the required levels of robust governance and control for these mission critical services.

In order to be considered for the role you must have a strong background in Service Introduction, Service Control and/or Application Management within the Financial Services industry and demonstrable experience of implementing IT Service Management processes.

Qualification in ITIL Service Management Foundation and the ITIL Service Management Certificate on ITIL V2 or V3 would be a significant advantage.
