IT Asset Manager
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION
This role requires not less than two (2) years' experience performing asset management duties in an enterprise environment as well as, at a minimum, a two-year college degree in IT are required. This role requires knowledge of information technology hardware, software, and applications used to inventory, track, and discover these assets in an enterprise environment. Associate level industry certifications and experience in Microsoft, Sun, Cisco, Oracle, HP, Dell as well as vendor neutral certifications suchas Network+, Security+, A+ are highly desired.
Also, OJP desires staff assigned to this role with the following additional qualifications:
- Working knowledge of federal procurement processes and tools.
- Ability to interpret IT Technical details and translate to asset management requirements.
- Ability to conduct research and analyses to resolve problems and offer corrective action.
