Link Technologies is looking for a Sr. Programmer Analyst for a contract assignment in Carson City, NV.
Scope:
Must be able to drive the SOA design and implementation piece, from being handed a requirements document to develop the design and then implement the design within the SOA Suite correctly using all required components including adapters, BPEL, BPM, SOA composites, Enterprise Service Bus (OSB/ESB), and all other applicable SOA components to meet industry best practices. Must be a self-starter with high initiative who can use all appropriate routes to identify and resolve issues independently, unless an Oracle Service Request/defect should be raised. This is including, but not limited to being able to document the architecture and design of the solution, as well as monitor, secure and performance tune the solution to meet high availability and performance requirements.
The solution provided must meet industry standard best practices. Oracle may participate in a set of reviews of the deliverables developed.
Candidate should have excellent technical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of new features for the Business Portal;
Maintenance and enhancement of existing Business Portal features;
Creation of technical specifications and work with lead developers; and
Identification and development improvements for the applications performance.
Requirements:
BS in computer science or equivalent, Masters is a plus
Five (5) plus years professional experience using web technologies, such as SOA, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAPUI, SOAP SOA adapters, web services, BPEL, BPM, SOA composites, common Business Objects, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)/Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and SOA Suite;
Experience with analysis, design and architecture, including UML artifacts; and
Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA concepts, Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), BPM Suite and Exposure to Oracle applications is a plus.
TRAVEL
Candidate may be subject to limited amount of travel outside of the Carson City area.
