Providing maternity cover for an experienced Associate Solicitor, you will enjoy working with a team that is headed up by a highly regarded Panel Member of AvMA.It is anticipated that the contract will be for a duration of 12 months and in all these situations, there may even the possibility of an extension or permanent opening for the right person thereafter.
We are looking for a highly competent qualified Claimant Solicitor who, ideally after a period of handover, will be able to take over the reigns of the existing incumbent who is looking to go on leave around the end of January.
You will inherit an extremely interesting caseload to include a wide range of clinical negligence claims including those involving cerebral palsy, the delay in the diagnosis of cancer and negligent nursing treatment. The ability to hit the ground running is sought and you will have good secretarial, admin and IT support at your finger tips.
The Firm has achieved excellent results for their clients in the past, on a "no win no fee" basis, to include multi-million pound brain injury claims and alike. Based at modern offices in central Bristol, within easy walking distance of public transport systems, this is a great opportunity to join a practice which has held a longstanding place in Bristol's legal society.
